About Me

I’m a postnatal support practitioner, Mum of two, and the founder of Soft Landing. Based in West London, I’m passionate about supporting women through the many changes that come with becoming a mother — both the beautiful moments and the ones that can feel overwhelming.

My own experience of the postnatal period showed me just how much support can be needed during this time, and inspired me to create Soft Landing: a space where mums can feel listened to, supported and cared for, without judgement.

My career has always centred around helping people navigate change. With a background in psychology, education and coaching, I’ve spent many years supporting people to build confidence, make sense of challenges and find their way through periods of transition.

As a postnatal support practitioner, I combine this professional experience with specialist training in postnatal care to offer practical, emotional and evidence-informed support to new mothers and families. My role is to provide reassurance, a listening ear, and gentle guidance, helping you feel more confident as you find your own way through early parenthood.

I believe every family deserves compassionate, non-judgemental support during the transition to parenthood.
